The world doesn’t need more entitled kids. It needs stronger ones.

This challenge isn’t for every kid. It’s for kids ready to grow, and families ready for the struggle, because they know that’s where true growth happens.

Let’s be honest:

Too many kids are growing up glued to screens, struggling to follow simple directions, and melting down when things get hard.
And too many programs enable it: by coddling, over-rewarding, and lowering the bar.

At Budo, we care about growth, not catering to feelings.
This is for parents who believe their child is capable of more, and want to raise a confident, disciplined, emotionally strong human being.

At Budo Orlando, we’ve created a 4-week challenge that trains kids to build the habits most adults still struggle with:

  • Accountability

  • Focus

  • Consistency

  • Grit

And they’ll do it through daily actions, real-world discipline, and coaching from someone who won’t let them quit when it’s hard.

Here’s what you can expect from the challenge:

  • Weekly Martial Arts & Personal Development Lessons

  • Strong Kidz Journal to Track Progress & Wins

  • Daily Accountability Texts

  • A Personal Accountability Coach

  • EARN a Budo White Belt Through Completing the Challenge

Week-by-Week Breakdown:

Week 1: Journaling Jumpstart
Write down 1 daily win + 1 goal for tomorrow. Confidence starts with reflection.

Week 2: Self-Discipline Sprint
Complete 1 action every day without being reminded. Own your responsibilities.

Week 3: Movement Mission
Intentional movement each day. Even 5 minutes can make a BIG change.

Week 4: Reading Ritual
15 minutes of reading every day. Build successful habits to last a lifetime.

Class Schedule

Our age-appropriate, developmentally-correct program revolves around the lessons we’ve learned over 23 years of working with kids and families. Over this time, we’ve found the training volume that works best for kids is as follows:

  • 4-6yr Olds - 1 Class Per Week

  • 7-8yr Olds - 2 Classes Per Week

  • 9-12yr Olds - 2-3 Classes Per Week

Since we’re just getting started in the Orlando are, space and classes are limited. Check out the schedule and once you register you will commit to your dedicated class(es) for the duration of the 4-week challenge!
