Our curriculum is based around Mixed Martial Arts, including elements of Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Judo, Japanese JuJutsu, and more!

We focus on getting our students to be able to apply the skills they learn, under pressure, rather than simply looking cool.

Every technique on our curriculum has been pressure-tested, so you can feel confident that what your child is learning actually works!

Each lesson highlights values such as respect, discipline, integrity, leadership, and teamwork while giving kids ways they can apply those concepts to their everyday life.

Our age-appropriate, developmentally-correct program gives kids what they need, when they need it.

We believe that kids learn through play, and especially when they’re young, they need to enjoy the learning process. Then, as kids get older and more mature, the fun becomes the learning as they learn to conquer challenges and overcome obstacles on their way to achieving goals!

Our team is certified to teach Tony Blauer’s SPEAR System, incorporating the system into our Martial Arts curriculum and lessons.

The Budo Team has taken the system’s emphasis on human behavior (physiology, psychology, and physics), adjusted it to be contextual to the everyday lives of kids, and created something truly unique that can only be found in Budo programs!
